Shipping & Returns

Return Policy Agreement:
*We guarantee all orders to be in new and working condition upon arrival.
* Damaged items must be reported within 7 business days of arrival. Damaged items can only be replaced with the exact item ordered but not for exchange or return for full credit.
* Damaged items/parts will be replaced at no cost to the customer. We do not offer expedited shipping for replacement of damaged products or errors processing orders. Returns for non-damaged items customers must pay for the stated fees below. We will not compensate you for any inconvenience or labor cost due to damage shipment or error processing orders.
* We will not reship a completely new unit if the damage part can be replaced.
* All returns must be made within 15 business days of arrival. Please call for return address and ROI number. All returns must have an ROI number. Packages without an ROI number will be refused. Please get signature confirmation as we are not responsible for packages left outside the warehouse.
* A tracking number and a copy of your original invoice must be included in a return shipment.
* Fixtures must be returned in its original packaging within 15 business days of arrival, in new condition.
* This return policy does not apply to products that have been used or installed.
* Customers are responsible for the actual shipping charges both ways. Note: the shipping charge we charge is not the actual shipping cost.
* A 10% restocking fee will be charged to the subtotal amount on all returns.
* All packaging materials, instructional guides, and hardware parts must be returned. Any missing parts or damages will be deducted from your credited amount.
* Order may be canceled only if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 5 business days. You may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped, however there will be a 5% cancellation fee.
